These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with 7Agi Consulting ("we," "us," "our") for freelance digital solutions, including website design and development, funnel and sales page design, custom web applications, digital e-card invitations, and online course setup and student management support. By contacting us to discuss a project or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide freelance digital solutions on a project or engagement basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately (via WhatsApp, email, or written quote) before work begins. Any scope described on this website is illustrative and not a binding offer until confirmed in writing for your specific project.
Project Process & Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information, content, and assets (text, images, branding, logins, etc.) needed to complete your project in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing requested materials or feedback may extend project timelines accordingly.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables at each agreed milestone. Once a deliverable is approved, further changes may be treated as a new request and may incur additional cost or time.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us for use in your project.
Payment
- Pricing, payment schedule, and payment method are agreed upon before a project begins, typically via a deposit followed by milestone or final payment.
- Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received on schedule.
- Prices quoted are for the agreed scope only; requests outside that scope may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverable (e.g. the completed website, application, or design file) transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We retain the right to reuse general concepts, non-confidential techniques, and code patterns developed during a project in future work for other clients.
- We may showcase completed projects (e.g. screenshots, descriptions) in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party tools, platforms, stock assets, or licensed fonts used in your project remain subject to their own respective licenses.
Revisions & Support
The number of included revision rounds is agreed upon per project. Requests beyond the agreed scope, or support requested after project delivery and sign-off, may be billed separately unless a maintenance arrangement has been agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we do not guarantee that any website, application, or digital deliverable will be completely free of errors or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (such as Firebase, hosting providers, payment gateways, or messaging platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues originating from these third-party services.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an ongoing project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for work completed up to that point, and any deposit paid is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
