Live guest experience app

Envoy

The guest experience app built for modern hospitality.

Offers, events, dining, the property directory and concierge chat — in one branded app that installs from a QR scan. Eight languages, no app store, nothing to download.

Opens in your browser — a real property, fully populated

The problem

The compendium is out of date the day it's printed

Guests arrive with a phone in their hand and a folder on the desk. One of those is current, and it isn't the folder.

01

The same six questions

Pool hours, spa hours, what time breakfast ends, where the kids' club is. The front desk answers them all day, every day.

02

Nothing is discoverable

Half the property's offers and events are never seen. A guest cannot want what they do not know exists.

03

Changes cost a reprint

A moved event or a new happy hour means new cards in every room — or a correction nobody makes.

04

No signal at all

Paper tells you nothing about what guests looked for, saved, or tried to book and could not find.

How a stay works

Scan, explore, ask

Three moments, and none of them involve a download, an account or a queue at the desk.

01On arrival · Scan

On the home screen in seconds

A QR code in the room, at the desk or on the table. It opens instantly in the browser and installs to the home screen like an app — because it is one.

  • No app store, no account, no sign-up
  • Asks the room number once, then remembers for the week
  • Picks up their language automatically
02Through the stay · Explore

The whole property, browsable

Today's offers, what's on this week, where to eat, and every facility with its hours and location — grouped the way a guest actually thinks: for families, spa and wellness, this weekend.

  • Filter by today, tomorrow or the weekend
  • Recurring events handled properly — "every Thu & Fri"
  • Save anything to a personal shortlist
03Whenever · Ask

One tap to a real person

Every venue carries a Book Now, a phone number and directions. When a guest wants a human instead, concierge chat opens WhatsApp with the conversation already addressed.

  • No hunting for an extension number
  • Works from the beach, the room or the airport
  • Still opens once installed, even on a weak signal
What the guest sees

Six screens, one scan

Everything a guest needs during a stay, and nothing they have to be taught to use.

Home

Today's offers up top, then what's on, where to eat, for families and spa — the day laid out before they scroll.

The front page
Offers

Kids eat free, thirty per cent off the spa — each with its dates, its hours, its venue, and the small print that stops an argument at the till.

Revenue, discovered
Events

Sunset yoga, live jazz, beach cinema. One-off or recurring, filterable by today, tomorrow or the weekend, each with times and whether it costs anything.

What's on
Dining

Every restaurant and bar with its cuisine, hours, dress code and level — plus Book Now, call, and directions on the same card.

Where to eat
Directory

Pools, spa, gym, kids' club, business centre — the whole property with locations, floors and opening hours that are always current.

Where everything is
Favourites

A guest's own shortlist across offers, events and dining — the plan for the stay, built as they browse and kept on their phone.

Arabic is right-to-left, properly. The interface mirrors — navigation, cards, icons and reading order — rather than pouring Arabic text into a left-to-right layout.
It follows the phone. A guest whose device is set to German sees German on the first tap, and can switch at any time from the header.

An app, without being an app

Envoy is a progressive web app. A guest scans the code and it opens immediately — no store, no 200MB download over hotel wifi, no account to create before they can see the pool hours. If they add it to the home screen it behaves like any installed app: its own icon, full screen, no browser bar.

It keeps working once installed, so a guest standing in a lift or out by the beach still has the directory in their hand.

Built for your property

The half your guests never see

Behind the guest app is a backoffice your team runs — and the first thing it changes is that the printed compendium stops being the bottleneck.

Update in real time

Move an event, change dining hours, pull an offer. It is live on every guest's phone at once — no reprint, no reissue.

See what guests want

QR scans are tracked, and browsing, saving and clicking are counted. What guests look for stops being a matter of opinion.

Export for the owners

PDF and CSV exports of the analytics, so the numbers can go into an owner's report without being retyped.

Role-based access

Whoever maintains events does not need the keys to everything else. Admin access is scoped by role.

On brand, not on ours

Colours, wording and tone are the property's. Envoy is the machinery; what a guest sees is your hotel.

Ready for the next property

Built to run more than one property without starting again — the second is a configuration, not a rebuild.

Bring Envoy to your property

Open the live demo and walk it as a guest would — a fully populated resort, in any of the eight languages. Then we set it up with your venues, your events and your brand.
